The Ponds at Foxhollow

The room is great and clean however, the Internet is lying to people. It post that it has a Jacuzzi and a hot tub however, coming here there was no hot tub and there was no Whirlpool or Jacuzzi. All of The amenities are in the clubhouse in The clubhouse that closes at 6 PM so you cannot even use the gym after this time. Also , In our room, the blow dryer did not work nor did the TV. I emailed Mike the manager and got no response from him. The pool was very cold. The gym equipment was broke so I'm gonna say that the room was great, but the amenities suck. They even have a picture of the hot tub on the Internet stating they have one and they do NOT have one they are lying True Lord people in and that is called baiting switch, which is definitely illegal

Owner of V5 for over 40 years. This year we call to confirm are reservation for V5 and we were told that it’s not available due to repairs so we would be in V1. At check in we were told that the jacuzzi is not working in any units supposedly because they are doing the bathrooms over with stand-up showers. Was not happy about that at all. So, we go to our unit as soon as we opened the door there was a very strong foul odor. It smelled like cat urine. The odor was coming from the bathroom vanity drawers. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. Thank God I always bring Lysol spray and wipes. We go to use the dishwasher, and it is not even bolted to the under cabinet so it's hanging out and very loose. The kitchen table looks like it's been

The Ponds is an average rated option that gets the job done when you need a bit more space but don’t want to shell out a small fortune for a nicer hotel. The rental condos here are roomy with a proper living room and dining area. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer as well. The appliances and bathroom are a bit dated but should be fine for most people. The beds are at least comfy. Plenty of activities as the main building has an indoor pool and tennis courts. There appears to be a small playground here as well. Very kid friendly and quiet. The location is great as it is only 7 minutes away from Lee. Even better is that High Lawn Farm is 3 minutes away! The unit was clean. Stone of the furniture was a bit worn but still very functional. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Which could easily sleep 8 adults. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 pull out couches. There was 1 bedroom down stairs, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and living room. 1 bedroom upstairs, another bathroom, and a smaller livingroom. Was cool out so we were able to utilize the fireplace which was neat.

Big, clean, comfortable, outdated suites on once lovely grounds at a great location. The ponds and the lawn nearby are kind of teaming with goose poop. The units themselves are very spacious and well set up. They’re just kind of outdated with like Jacuzzi tub with high walls that was not really attractive to use and didn’t drain very well. There’s not much in the way of service though not much just really needed. You’re in the fantastic locationreally easy access to Tanglewood to great dining. The place is very quiet and pleasant.
