A new find for me but in instant favorite and a must stay! Simply beautiful amazing grounds and facilities. Exceptional service especially from bartender at The Tap Room ! So many places to just sit and relax and enjoy. Cocktails and food were delicious. Next visit will include the afternoon tea. Can't wait to visit again.

The Langham Pasadena continues to be one of our favorite places to return to, and after eight years of visits, it truly feels like home. The longevity and warmth of the staff speak volumes about the culture and care behind this beautiful property.||||Even before arrival, Steven in Reservations consistently ensures we are booked into the best room for our needs and at the best rate as Brilliant members. A truly romantic and wonderful five-star hotel experience. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, perfect for a special stay. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. At one point, a button on my clothing fell off, and without hesitation, the staff member kindly brought me a needle and thread to help. It was such a small detail, but it made a huge difference. The service throughout our stay was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful. Even when tipping, the staff remained incredibly polite and gracious, never making it feel transactional. This is exactly the kind of hospitality you expect from a true five-star hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic and refined experience.

A beautiful hotel but lacking in amenities. Service was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great except the waiters kept forgetting/ignoring our requests and displayed slight signs of racism. We walked into our room one morning after breakfast to see the cleaning lady there so we greeted her but she ignored us and continued to clean our room. There was a lot of hammering noises outside our room around 11pm every night which I believe to be the staff dismantling something from the wedding party earlier in the evening. We even had to wait in a line for nearly 10 minutes just to check out of the hotel! Might come again for the restaurant but unfortunately will not want to stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful historical well-maintained building located on the top of the hill in a lovely residential area. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with various rooms to enjoy.|The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the building super clean and saying hello in hallways. |It’s a special place- but there’s no special experience at check in- no glass of champagne or juice- not even a smile. Rather you wait for service in the busy lobby - which is an ongoing theme. |Unfortunately the hotel is not well run and not attentive to guests at all. Rather they make excuses for their incompetence and lack of professionalism. |Despite an additional $60 per day resort fee, the room had NO supplies (bar soap, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, shower cap, shaving kit, dental kit), just the standard built in liqu
