Nice service. My room was spotless, easily accessible, and trouble free. If you're just needing a simple place to rest and sleep, you can't beat the price. Everything inside appears to have been remodeled. It was surprisingly nice! I'll definitely return if I find myself in this location again needing a place to stay for the night.

Positive: I wanted a budget hotel, on the level of 2 stars (that's as far as amenities, etc.). On that curve", my expectations were exceeded - for cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and overall experience. Staff, especially Jay, were very helpful & upbeat Negative: Be prepared for small bathroom area.

I had tempered expectations for this motel given the price point, but I was still incredibly disappointed in our stay. Upon entering the room, the air was stale and smelled foul, somewhat sulfuric like a restroom and cigarettes. Because I could not open the windows, I turned the air conditioning and fan on in the hopes that it might make the room more bearable. The door and adjacent wall were dirty, the comforter on the bed looked very old (not any of the newer ones pictured in management’s photos), and even the sheets were stained. I didn’t bother taking photos, because I checked in quite late for only a one night stay and I wouldn’t normally write a bad review for a hotel based on these previously mentioned factors. The reason I decided to write is because our room had BED BUGS. |

It's a quaint, family run operation. The room was pretty clean and the check-in process was easy. They did require a cash deposit, but they were nice enough to give it back to me in the morning.

Jay and his team have been absolutely wonderful and accommodating! The rooms are clean, updated, quiet, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay, on a business trip. Parking is conveniently available right in front, which made things so easy. On Colorado Boulevard, the neighborhood feels vibrant, with great restaurants, cafés, and a nearby Target. Yet it’s calm and safe at night, and also just a short distance from a scenic, peaceful ride through beautiful suburban areas. It’s truly comfortable and a welcoming experience from start to finish!
