Hilton Pasadena

I had a great stay at this Hilton. The location is perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had endless hot water with really good water pressure, which is always a win. I also appreciated that the restaurant offered organic food options, and having a Starbucks right inside the hotel made mornings easy. Service was excellent throughout my stay. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This will always be my go-to place when I’m in the area.

Positive: Friendly staff, very spacious property, covered parking. Great location. Negative: Whatever they're using to clean the rooms leaves a very chemical smell. Sliding barn door sacrifices privacy in the bathroom.

A Standout Experience at the Pasadena Hilton! I accidentally left my iPad behind at the Pasadena Hilton, but thanks to the incredible Housekeeping Manager, Julio, it was safely returned to me! He truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for his dedication. This kind of exceptional service is why I choose Hilton every time. Kudos to Julio and the entire team - you've earned a loyal customer!

We drove up from San Diego and booked one night here at the last minute to celebrate our anniversary. Roman and Claudine at the front were fantastic. They are truly an asset to your team. They were friendly, welcoming, accommodating and went above and beyond for us. In my 45 years of life (and staying in hotels all over the world) I don't think I have ever been treated as kindly and enthusiastically as I was that night. The room was clean and comfortable. The men working the valet area were chock full of ideas for dinner and where we should go. Even though we stayed for less than 24 hours it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special. I became a Hilton Rewards member and we will definitely be back!

We checked into the Pasadena Hilton on Monday, October 6, 2025.|When we make our reservations at hotels, we always request additional blankets and a feather free room. When we returned to the room in the evening, the room was quite cool and we tried to turn the heating unit on with little success. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable sleepless night. ||Early in the morning, I headed down to the front desk to see if we could swap rooms because we thought the unit in our room was broken or at least have someone repair the unit in our room.
