Motel 6 Pasadena, CA – Old Town Pasadena Area

The manager was very accommodating and went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a comfortable and safe stay. The cleaning lady’s were very helpful and had everything spic and span. Everything from the WiFi, cable tv, coffee and tea, pool and vending machines were all up to par and in great condition. I was very happy and pleased for the fantastic service.

Booked a week here during an emergency move, after having an unpleasant experience at the Arcadia Motel6... The Pasadena location was the best out of any Motel6 I have ever stayed at! The staff were friendly and professional, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Definitely felt like I got my monies worth here with all the amenities and quality of service provided. For my stay I booked a room with 1 queen sized bed. The room was very spacious and clean and came with a fridge and microwave (no extra charge unlike other locations). The furniture seemed to be well maintained and the sheets on the bed were crisp and clean! The bathroom area was also spacious with a huge mirror, place to hang clothes, and a huge walk-in shower. Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything - I could not turn on shower, the room was shabby at best, no breakfast was served even though it was listed "breakfast included" I did not stay there at all. The manager said he would refund my payment. I left.

Surprisingly this was a quality stay. The service of being checked in was smooth, with kind professionals running the front desk. My only negative was the upstairs occupants. They were constantly stumping and dropping heavy object over our heads, and that became very annoying the night and early morning, especially giving the fact that the rooms weren’t carpeted, so you hear everything little thing. Other than that, a good stay for a night. Also, the room was very spacious. So, and all in all I would stay there again.

I had a great stay at Motel 6! The room was surprisingly very clean spotless floors, fresh linens, and a bathroom that looked like it had just been scrubbed top to bottom. It’s also super close to everything  restaurants, gas stations, and even a shopping center were just minutes away, which made it super convenient. I especially want to give a shout-out to Andrew at the front desk. He was absolutely amazing  friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with local recommendations. He made the check-in process quick and easy, and really made me feel welcome. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place with great staff and a convenient location!
