Do not be fooled by the photos. The rental rooms are at basement. The entrance area smelled terrible of dog's pee when we were there (Imaging you were at basement at Summer time and could not open the windows to get fresh air in.) The good parts are that bedding and bath look clean. However, there is a caveat. The beddings are all in black/dark color, which may mean that no breach is used for sanitation for laundry.
Room is at basement and smelled bad. I got sick the second day.
