Positive: "" Negative: The heater in the room was not working, I reported it to the front desk and they did not change my room, they only gave me a space heater, and the space heater wasn’t working properly.

This hotel has had a change of management & a re-brand with refurbishment. Updated rooms with fresh bedding & modern furniture that are extremely clean & comfortable. Plenty of hot water and most importantly- no bugs! |Location is great - about a 10 minute drive to the airport and a 5 minute drive to a huge variety of retail & restaurant options. It’s also walkable to a few restaurants & convenience stores. |Looks like the new management has worked really hard to overcome the problems of the past and have made this property into a great little hotel for the price.

It was thoroughly impressed! The hotel has clearly undergone recent renovations — everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. You can tell they’ve put in real effort to upgrade the experience for guests. I stayed in one of their best rooms, and it did not disappoint. The bed was super comfortable with fresh linens, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall layout was both spacious and functional. The bathroom was spotless with updated fixtures, and I appreciated the quality toiletries provided. Everything smelled fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — a must in Jacksonville! Broken door, smelly room, hostile owner. Beware. We checked into Room 110 at 5:00 PM and left within minutes because the door did not properly secure, which created a safety concern. We notified the front desk immediately and were refused a refund. If management responds with a generic template apology, I would encourage them to address the specific issue: Why was a room with a broken door assigned, and why was a refund refused when we left immediately?

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location, close to the airport, I-95, restaurants, and gas stations. Property looks recently remodeled. Truck parking as well. 5 stars, would definitely stay again.
