SURA Residence Facility at Jefferson Lab

On behalf of our entire team, we absolutely loved the residence facility! It is well-maintained, clean, and cozy. I have stayed at this facility multiple times, and I have no complaints. The rooms come with everything you could need. The room includes a binder with answers to any question you might think of. The proximity to Jefferson Lab and the VT Center is the perfect distance for an extremely short walk in the fresh air. You can also walk to a grocery store and multiple restaurants. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

It's a residence facility only for Jefferson Lab facility users. It's does it purpose for people visiting Jefferson Lab for research and conferences. I highly recommend the place. You will need to fill out the registration form at least few weeks early to book the facility. Rooms are affordable and they have cheaper rates if you're staying long term. Check in desk is only open 8 am to 5 pm but facility has a automated check-in system for after hour visitors. Breakfast is offered only during weekends.

I stayed here in 2013. The personal is just fantastic. The rooms are small if you share, but for one persone is great. Comfy and clean always. The common room is a great place to be when there are a lot of students around. You get to know people from all over the world. The kitchen is clean and equipped. They have 4 washing machines and you pay for detergent and softener using the honor system. They even have grills and stuff you can use. Also a big grass section where people play soccer and Frisbee. There are a lot of deer, raccoons, bunny rabbits etc. Amazing place!

I have stayed here many times. Nice staff, big clean rooms, pretty good internet. One downside is there is only breakfast on weekends but Quark Cafe breakfast is inexpensive. So convenient to JLab it's really a no brainer.

Better than many if the hotels I have been recently. I got there after reception had closed and I called the office, very friendly lady explianed how to unlock my room key. I left before they reopened, but checking out was easy too. They sent me the receipt by email the same day. Very efficient. Decent coffee making set up, lovely bathroom, easy wifi instructions. It's a short walk from Wawa and Aldi, what more to ask!
