Hotel needs to be properly treated for cockroaches. Every review, they reply stating that it is an "isolated" incident, but the reviews do not lie. I am here for business in the area, and I wish my company could provide me a different hotel. It feels like the franchisee does not care for cleanliness or quality with respect to providing a hygienic environment for guests due to the bugs. Put action to words and make a difference for your property's hygiene.

Most disappointing marriott stay of my life, no exaggeration. There are too many other options nearby available. The hotel is in major need of a renovation. The carpet is disgusting. The cabinets were cheaply painted. The tub/shower combo was just plain nasty and is not being cleaned properly. See the attached photos. There was dog hair all over the sofa. A roach greeted us under the kitchen sink. You could feel crud on the dishes in the cabinet as you grabbed them. There were visible smudges in common areas like the elevator. I doubt it's ever wiped down. Oh, and if you're staying here expecting the free breakfast to make your stay more convenient THINK AGAIN. For Thanksgiving no hot breakfast was provided. Okay, understandable. They offered muffins, fruit cups, and microwavable breakfa

When I I made the reservation |I selected a King room. Upon arrival I was told I’d been upgraded to a two bedroom suite. As a frequent traveler for business and someone who has worked in customer service for over 30 years, that statement alone immediately made me suspicious. Upgrades don’t just “happen” I was correct in my suspicions, as it was not an upgrade at all. For the following reasons listed below. ||A constantly running toilet in one of the bathrooms. I had to close the door so I wouldn’t have to hear it all night. Annoying after you’re exhausted from traveling all day. ||Broken sliding closet door in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, for me of course it was on the side I needed to open to get to the iron. ||Broken cabinet on one of the bathroom sinks. Literally hanging on by on

As stated earlier, this is an older property but very clean and overall, well maintained. A few disappointing aspects; only the two bedroom suites have full kitchens, which is the only reason I booked a Residence Inn. Think that should be noted in the marketing..maybe we missed it in the fine print, but it impacted our Christmas dinner, which is why we were there , to finish and have dinner together with my sons. And three of everything is not a fully stocked kitchen (3 plates, 3 forks, etc ) The continental breakfast was a good effort given the Covid environment, but the actual pre packaged food was not good at all. In general it is a very clean and well kept property; really appreciated the updated heating and air system. Made the air quality and temperature very comfortable.

I will usually stay here when visiting my daughter. However this visit I was very disappointed. I encountered several roaches (one crawling up the wall, and others crawling on the floor). The carpet and furnishings are old. When they say "fully renovated" on the website, it doesn't mean the rooms. Unless the issue is addressed I can say, I will not be returning.
