Super Budget Inn

The room smelled no window and bathtub was dirty no trash can and couldn't sleep because of the area.

This hotel was filthy and run down. The room was very dirty, carpet was filthy, no amenities at all, and bathroom was a disaster. We were lucky to have 3 tiny bars of soap. The linens were worn and dirty. The blanket even had holes in it. Could not even find a clean place to sit. All hotels were booked for NASCAR and Chiefs game or would have left immediately. Do not stay at this hotel.

The owners and their staff work around the clock to make sure each person is satisfied. They take great care of their extended stay making them feel somewhat like family. It's like it's own little community despite any reputation 40 highway may have it's a great place to stay. So be nice to jigs and his wife and the staff they work really hard

I stayed their a week. Most disgusting dirty hotel ever i would take a shower and feel even dirtier when i got out. Found roaches carpet had like a weird sticky film. Smelt funky very dirty. i stayed with my husband and 2 year old son not a safe hotel. Everyday i would get asked if i wanted to buy drugs or if someone could get a ride. The hotel manager is a angry little indian man. He will not work with you very hard to communicate. Do not stay anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Its worth it to go to a chain hotel and spend 10-15$ more

When we were checking into this motel the woman asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking and i said smoking. Also we asked for a single bed but she said that they only had double beds so i don't even know if we were charged more because of it. So we checked in hoping that Valentines Day would be special for us. Boy were we wrong for thinking that would happen. First thing was that all the bulbs were gone out of the lamps, the heat did not work, the room smelled stale, the toilet did not flush, the bath tub was nasty and the beds had stains on the them and so did the pillows and also the towels were nasty and stained to.
