Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Wayne

My girlfriend and I booked a Jacuzzi suite for A little weekend getaway. The whole place stunk so bad. There was no channels available on the TV. The bathroom was disgusting. The induction cooktop in the kitchenettedid not work at all and we couldn’t even run the heater because every time we turned it on it made our eyes burn so bad that we had to leave the room. Also, there was no breakfast or anything as advertised on their website. Also the Included Wi-Fi that they advertise does not work at all. This place was a joke and we are so disappointed that I will never give this company another dollar when we tried to bring up concerns to the front desk. We received no help whatsoever. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , if you like cockroaches crawling and bad service this is your place. They gave me a room that someone else was already in and I saw them naked !!! Then after changing my room they gave me a downgraded room. Before any of this I asked him if he could kindly print out a 2 page letter and he replied very rudely NO ! Never stay there.

The rooms were not as advertised there are bugs and the breakfast was not made at all. The room keys do not work at all. You have to walk up and ask them to let you in your room everytime you leave. I will be asking for my money back.

Made reservation for pet friendly establishment. False advertising. Do not book if you are traveling with a pet. Do not assume websites are up to date with other amenity options. Call first, but expect to be hung up on especially if you make your frustrations known.

No breakfast. Just coffee and vending machines. Nobody at the front desk from 10 pm till 8 am. Nats flying around in the room. When we checked in I specifically ask what time breakfast is. The man said 7am. I knew right away by the surprise on his face there was not going to be breakfast.
