Sun Suites of Kennesaw Town Center

This MOTEL is roach infested. Dirty. Outdated. Really no service provided. The manager Nicole is petty, rude and disingenuous. Did I mention the roaches? Bring your own bug spray and bleach. There are far better choices in the area🤷🏽..find one.

Currently staying here until I can move into my apartment. Literally the only reason I'm here is because I have to be and because it's a short walk to campus but I cannot wait to leave. The room is supposedly "strictly" non smoking which I thought would be perfect for me because of my severe allergy to smoke but I wake up every morning in a fit because of the old settled smoke in the room and the smoke seeping through the vents in the bathroom from other rooms. Also there's a sign in the office that says pets are no longer allowed (I also have a pet allergy) but there's about as many pets on site as animals. Housekeeping sucks. They're supposedly on a "schedule" of cleaning rooms but I have only seen them twice since check in. The first was because I had to hassle the front desk to send th

When I first arrived at this property is was very impressed by the landscaping. It was very neat and appealing. After entering the front office I was very impressed with the style and decoration of the furniture and the overall layout of the office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. After my initial preview of a room I knew I would be staying here for a undisclosed amount of time due to the fact that it is very neat and certainly affordable. Would I recommend this location to someone else, of course I would without hesitation.

The lady at the front desk with the blonde hair was extremely racist and rude somebody’s gonna end up doing something really bad to her ignorant tail. We were sitting there from the Intown suits on Roswell Road because they were full as soon as we walked in and went up to her and explain the situation. She had a really bad demeanor and Estelle attitude people like her need to be put out of their misery

This place is very noisy (close to highway) and it stinks. I had paid to stay for a week but had to leave after only two nights. While checking in, the receptionist had confirmed my balance will be paid (charged at a daily rate) back if I chose to leave before the end of the week. When I requested for my balance upon checking out, only part of the balance was paid to me.. I was given a contact number to resolve my concerns, no one ever responded to my multiple calls. The staff were very rude anytime I tried to get an explanation. This has been my worst hotel experience.
