I enjoy all the shops in the area Room service is ok they make u pay for extra toilet paper when u rent the room for a week and I tried asking cleaning lady about taking towels and she acted frightened of me and shook her head like she didn’t speak English and refused to take the dirty linens that you have to wait till my room was a certain day they would come clean and collect those then. Rooms are really nice it’s one of the cheaper hotels that’s got a kitchenette in it they have smoking and handicap rooms and they have friendly guests other than a guy stealing my DoorDash food. lol

The place had bed bugs we allowed ourselves to change rooms then I chanced them regardless they have roaches. They never fix their laundry to the point now it error codes and don't spit out the money it keeps it. Then people are being late to checkout or forced to leave stuff in their laundry. They housecleaner doesn't come to know to clean up place then by the management will say they was a note in which room was noted by previous guess. They have a look they give like we owe them when my kids asks for tissue or cleaning supplies even if I just checked in I'm on a Friday schedule for supplies regardless I just paid to extend. They heartless and insensitive to families its an extended stay some are displaced. I had an organization pay for me to go back and the girl jumped at my son before

Although my mom and I were staying for just one night, we would more than likely stay somewhere else. We both thought that it was a little odd that we had to check out the luggage cart since other hotels don't have this kind of system. We were informed by the young man at the desk when we told him how it was odd to have signed out the luggage cart and his short answer regarding the issue was that there had been issues with people not returning them and he was hoping that this system would work. This was the first time my mom and I have ever stayed at an extended stay type hotel for just one night on our way to our destination the next morning. We both felt that the property needed some love when it comes to some additional updates. My mom and I were glad that we weren't staying any longer

I had a reservation and came to check in at 9pm. No one was at the front desk for me to check in, but they did have a number to call. I called the number a few times. I did not get an answer until 9:30pm, which is ok because the sign does say give them 30 minutes to respond. The problem is when the lady answered she tells me she is all the way in Atlanta and it will be an hour before she is back. I found that strange if you are supposed to be at your station but you are an hour away. I said ok i will call back at 10:30pm. When i called back at 10:30 she said she did not leave yet and it would be another hour. I called back at 11:30 and she said she does not know when she will be back. I have a reservation that i paid for already and cannot check in because someone that is supposed to be at

They dont have wifi and walls are really thin. We found cockroaches in our room the first week, and there is always noise. Really unfortunate
