Studio 9 Fort Bragg, LLC.

Funky budget motel. I felt safe staying for one night with my young kids, but would definitely look elsewhere next time. Great location and inexpensive lodging but it’s in need of a thorough deep clean and basic maintenance, like fixing broken lamps etc. The rooms smell of a very strong chemical disinfectant and floors were filthy. Keep your shoes on! Classic case of “you get what you pay for.”

You can find online as Studio 9 but it's under new management and is called Oema Hotel. It's a good budget hotel, spacious rooms (we had a jr. suite with a separate bedroom), and very nice staff. The rate was fairly reasonable for being the weekend and overall, it was okay. Things I didn't like: no breakfast included (even muffins would have been nice), the extent of housekeeping is getting new towels. They don't make the bed or tidy up in any way. When we got there, the room wasn't all that clean - floors were pretty filthy, baseboards were dirty. I had to request that they mop the floor. If i were to make suggestions: do a better job cleaning the rooms - like really clean them, clean up the baseboards, update some of the damaged furniture. Bathroom vanity was totally cracked on top. I enjoyed my time at Studio 9. The room was really nice and it's in perfect walking distance to downtown Fort Bragg as well as Glass Beach. Maybe a 10 minute walk in either direction. There's a breakfast spot right in the parking lot which was very convenient as well.

Hotel was great for a last minute stop in Fort Bragg! Very close to Glass Beach and downtown. Pretty quiet and clean. Friendly and quick check in. Nicely updated rooms.

We stayed 2 nights, 6 kids 1 adult. Two king beds and 1 queen bed with full size kitchen, stove, full frig, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. It was quiet. Very well recommended. We’ll definitely stay again. Staff was great. Thank you Studio 9.
