There is a certain fear you have staying in a cheap motel in the winter. Because you have to turn on the heater. If you stayed in a really bad place, you know what smell you'll get coming out of the heater. That's burnt roaches! I stayed in plenty of cheap rooms, I finally found another one that smelled of burnt roaches. Checking in was really annoying. It's a kiosk with a person on a webcam. The sound is extremely loud with no way to turn the volume down, and even if there was, it's nearly impossible to understand what the kiosk position is saying because of a strong accent. I felt like if I could control the volume it might make it easier to understand. What could of been a quick process to check in because just a frustration. I believe this location is under new management & they are all doing an exceptional job! They took on a property that was very, very neglected-it was going to be a HUGE task to turn it around but in a short time they have made tremendous positive progress! It's obvious that safety & customer service are their #1 priority and they are working tirelessly on doing a full remodel, room by room, on every room and making improvements on the common areas of the property. If you have a concern about your room and you simply communicate your concerns-they are quick to accommodate you or resolve the problem. This is my first time visiting at this hotel, and I experienced a virtual front desk for the first time in my life. The agent was live with us, which was very impressive. I really liked this technology, and I also really liked the agent. Her name was Eden, and she was very polite and helpful

So I'll stand by my original review of: "Aavgo with Tyler was easy." Made it interesting when signing in. I will add that you get what you pay for. If you don't enjoy the smell of urine don't take the steps or the elevator, you'll have to teleport to your room. The unbelievably potent urine smell in that common way makes you think that someone's urinating while they're in your pocket. It's gross and overwhelming. The rooms aren't okay it's just "k". Again, if you're in a pinch and struggling this is where you'll end up. This is rock bottom. The service was great and staff seemed busy at work.

I'm beyond mad right now. I'm staying here with my mom and our two cats and some guy with no prior warning or notice from the owners of this place, comes into our room and starts to take apart the door and then STARTS SAWING the metal door which shoots sparks and metal all over the room. My cats are scared and now I need to clean this room multiple times because he didn't even bother to clean up all the metal that's all over the ground. Its in my cats food, our bags, on our bed, everywhere! And then he just leaves and tells us to get new key cards for the new lock and leaves. Absolutely terrible. We've been staying here for a few weeks now and it was great and quiet and the owners were nice but this one experience has totally ruined my stay. And worst of all, I go to the front office to as
