Extended Stay America Suites- Sacramento - White Rock Rd.

Positive: Although not all of the hotel staff seemed friendly, I felt the manager and other staff did a good job in addressing a few issues that came up during my stay. Negative: Cigarette smoke coming through my bathroom vent from another guest's room & also bathroom sink was totally clogged. Thankfully, they were able to move me to another room.

If I could give this place less stars I would, if your definition of breakfast is muffins and nutrigrain bars with no options for any kind of Protien, juice or punch then you’ll like the breakfast here lol. The bathroom was dirty and had dirt and hair on the shower floors and walls, a left over bar of soap in the top right corner of the shower from the guest before us, the floor around my bed was dirty and seemed to have illegal substances left over on it as well. The top lock on my door was broken and wouldn’t lock all the way, the instructions in the kitchen say to open your window or windows when cooking but you can’t even open them half way and they don’t stay open when you do open them. When I wasn’t smashing 5-10 cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom of my studio suite every day, it wasn’t so bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. I stayed there from January 8-February 8. I swept and mopped the room before I left, and took out the trash. When I checked out, I was told that the security deposit I had paid would be refunded to my credit card within 1-5 days. I gave it a couple of days grace period before I went back in to ask about my deposit refund. It’s now been over 10 days since I vacated the room and checked out at the front desk. I still haven’t received my security deposit refund, and because I paid using my credit card, I am paying interest on the deposit. I would like to commend Emoni at Extended Stay White Rock for her outstanding professionalism and customer service. She handled a difficult situation with exceptional respect, patience, and charisma, maintaining a positive attitude even while dealing with anxious and at times rude guests. Emoni remained calm, attentive, and solution-oriented throughout the interaction, which truly reflects her dedication to providing excellent service. Her ability to navigate challenging circumstances with grace is a credit to both her character and the Extended Stay team. I would also like to recognize Ashley for her assistance in resolving a transaction issue. Ashley was efficient, professional, and helpful, ensuring the matter was handled smoothly and accurately.

The staff was awesome….Ashley, Alyssa and Amanda, and cant forget the very kind and helpful maintenance gentleman…he was so nice, he helped me get my giant suitcase|Into my car, or I would still be sitting in the parking lot…our room was so clean and we had everything we needed for our 2 day stay..we were sorry to leave..we WILL be booking a room there again soon,,,thanks everybody…..
