La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

I was impressed by the exterior and interior. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. It was a full meal with eggs, assortment of breads, waffles, juices and meat. The coffee was fresh. The only complaint we had was our room phone didn't work. Asked for a replacement and it never came. We definitely plan to come back here. The price was right.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they even offered helpful local recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a cozy bed to a spacious bathroom with good water pressure.The location was also perfect — close to public transportation, convenience stores, and a few great cafes. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night despite being in a busy area. Receptionist was friendly but maids could do a better job cleaning the room. There was what looked to be tobacco on the table and a weird stain in the chair. The sofa had burn marks on it. Microwave wasn’t clean. The room had a bad smell and the hotel itself is in a bad location. Homelessness is a bit of an issue. Elevator #2 sounds and looks like it’s about to fall apart. Stayed in room 424 and it looks like the door was pried open at one point causing it to not shut properly. Drove 9 hours here on a work trip and was lucky I got a room with a clean bed and bathroom I suppose. If you have a trailer you are better off parking in a neighboring lot. Needless to say DONT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR VEHICLE.

This hotel is right off the freeway so expect traffic noise. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical fare with waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt and bread items.

I really really enjoyed the customer service. Specially the front desk gentleman. The whole floor smelled, the rooms had hairs in the sheets but, that’s normal. It was a hectic weekend with aftershock. Breakfast was ok. However the customer service deserves greats praise at this hotel. 5* treatment. Really!
