Holiday Inn Sacramento Rancho Cordova by IHG

Wonderful stay here at this Holiday Inn!! Arrived around 11 pm and Richard working Night Audit was super helpful, informative, and overall kind. I loved his energy!! The room’s cleanliness was amazing, kudos to housekeeping staff!! The bed was super soft and comfortable and I had a peaceful sleep. The view from the third floor was a nice add-on. In the morning Ms. Julia had such a radiant vibe and even though she didn’t know much about tire chains, she was super kind and helped us the best we can. Overall loved the staff at front desk who welcomed us, will be staying again if I ever come back out here!

We stayed there for 2 days during Christmas and when we arrived Cherishes Eve evening, Shy was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and it room was very comfortable. Only downfall was breakfast on Christmas morning. The staff was very slow and after 15min of waiting we left. But the 2nd morning, Brooklyn and Irma where friendly and their service was excellent. Thank you ladies for making our stay at your hotel a wonderful experience and we will see you again on Dec 31st to bring in the new year.

Conveniently located. The coffee makers in both of our rooms didn't properly work. Lots of stains on the carpet at the stairs. Walls and sound proofing were bad. The room was good size. Staff was very friendly.

I stayed here during the holiday week and came later at night to check-in and was greeted by Sam at the front desk. Sam had amazing customer service and made checking-in very simple. I was tired from a long day of travel and her kindness and attitude was uplifting. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I couldn't have had a better stay and Sam also had that same energy at check out. I had to leave a day earlier than expected and again this was handled with the same great customer service. I will be booking this hotel for myself and all my crew that goes to Rancho Cordova.

Found a lot of hairs in the shower and bath area. Other than that, everything about this place is pretty good. Front desk staff, Shy, was exceptionally warm and professional. She checked me in swiftly and thoroughly, making sure my amenities points were added to my rewards account, greeting me as a rewards member, and making me feel welcome and appreciated. She was the best part of my stay.
