I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review.

My girlfriend and I were in town for an event and we booked this hotel due to the proximity of the event. Let me start by saying that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for free. The area is very sketchy and parking lot is dark. When we pulled in there were various homeless doing drugs in the parking lot and it smelled like urine. The hotel is very dirty and has an abandoned pool full of dirt and it looks like an abandoned place. The hotel room lock did not work and took us about five minutes to finally get in our room. Once we got inside it reeked like cigarettes and there were various cigar burn marks on the rug and comforter. The room was very outdated and dirty. Ultimately we had to leave the property because of how unsafe it seemed and how dirty it was. Please do not

Got stuck in Sacramento due to the fog. It was insane. This was the only available hotel in the whole area. Like something out of a movie. I drove for six hours and had to rest. The hotel looked a little sketchy. The overnight girl working the counter was awesome. The people staying at the hotel were not so much. It looked like it needed a serious update. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy, not quite like I remembered it from when I was a kid. Also, the young lady working in the front during the day was extremely pleasant and helpful. I did not like that. Her boss was talking down to her like she was stupid. She deserves a raise. People like her will keep customers coming back.

First off all KEEP DRIVING. This hotel is a WRECK and I couldn’t be paid to stay in it. We checked in with very few cars in the parking lot that should have been the first clue. Some very suspicious people lurking around check in. Regardless we checked in and wow, scary doesn’t even begin to describe this room. Cigarette burns on the beds, mystery stains of all colors and disgusting curtains. We did not feel safe on the first floor. Immediately left, did not even set down our bags. Luckily the front desk gal fully refunded us. She was very kind and seemed understand the state of the room…. She deserves a raise to deal with this place. Photos speak for themselves.
