Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - South

Let me begin with sharing that the check-in time is at 4 PM and you have to checked out at 11 AM which is only seven hours that you spending almost $77 for… I arrived at studio six at 11 o’clock to make sure that my reservation was booked for four days and that the date that I booked for was correct the Caucasian woman at the desk was very rude and acted like I did not have a reservation so then she proceeded to check in the computer and seen the reservation. I asked when was the earliest to check in. She advised me that it was 3 PM.Once I came back at 3 PM to check in, There was a kind gentleman at the front desk that helped me no problem checking in once I got my keys and headed to the room the first thing I could see was a broken window, which did not bother me until I walked in the roo

We came to this city for the first time, I am 69 years old. Registered for booking and paid. We were given a room in the sector where smokers lived. We opened the room, but it was a complete mess, dirty, the room was not cleaned, and not ready. When I asked for another room we were told there were no more rooms available. I asked to remove it, I even said that I was ready to remove it myself, they told me that they would just return the deposit. Where should we go? this happened on December 30, before the New Year. It was impossible to find a free hotel. The hotel workers were completely rude. We spent the night at the airport. If you have registered a room, this does not mean that you will receive it. You may have to look for another hotel or sleep at the Airport.

The lady at the front seat was super sweet and well mannered but the room itself was nasty, stink and they’re were big roaches on the floor, wall and a dead reach in the fridge door. The AC was leaking stink water and all then buttons was missing. The remote control for the TV was dirty and looked like someone was biting on it and there was no back cover. The microwave was dirty and smelled awful. The window curtain was hanging on for dear life only by a few hooks. I could go on and on. If I could give 0 stars I would.

One of the most horrible experiences I’ve had at a hotel. My room smelt like something died in it, my freezer didn’t work so all my ice cream melted, my room was infested with cockroaches, and my shower water didn’t get warm. The last night I went into the office to make sure I wasn’t going to be charged. I checked out the next morning and around 10am my card was charged another $360 and it completely screwed me over because I was going to use that money to move into a apartment and now I’m waiting on the refund and I’m probably going to lose the apartment I was trying to move into. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Paying the extra money for another place is 100% worth it.
