Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - Baymeadows

This is the worst Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in. The noise outside the room from the other guests was umbearable , with children riding up and down the walkway with their bicycles and throwing a basketball in the parking lot. When I asked housekeeping for fresh towels, I was told to ask the front desk for them. When I asked the front desk for them, I was told that they didn't have any. What decent motel doesn't have clean towels for their guests?

No hot water in the bathroom and kitchenette sink. Dingy, dark, crappy blankets, tub dirty, shower curtain the wrong size and dirty. No free wifi, or coffee maker, phone didn't work, pets aren't free, my microwave didn't work, you have to pay extra to use the pool, staff mostly rude except Savannah, vending machines didn't work and were locked up at night.|My advise, don't just don't stay here. I'm not sure why Motel Studio 6 doesn't shut this place down it's a disgrace.

Positive: I loved the location of the hotel is central to all the restaurants and it's really close to my job down here! Negative: The shower hadn't been cleaned since idk when the kitchen area was dusty the microwave didn't work

I Booked a room at the property for the weekend. It was a very special occasion,it was my anniversary and my husband birthday.As we arrived at the property, we checked in. The first room had no sheets hadn't been clean. The attendant at the front desk was very understanding. The. Second room had feces in the toilet. Me and my. Husband walks in the front office to let the manager and staff know. The manager had an attitude that was unbelievable 😳 She called the mantaince man to fix the problem. The problem couldn't be fixed. So then they moved us again. It was poor lighting , No housekeeper for the. Whole weekend. No clean towels no service. So just to say It was an horrible experience that was supposed to be a relaxing memorable time for me and my family.

Stephen at the front desk was beyond helpful during a very inconvenient emergency at my house. He displayed incredible service and really made a terrible situation, much more manageable. The rooms were just enough, and very easily accessible from the parking lot. Thank you for your help during my time of need, Stephen!!!
