Staybridge Suites Buffalo-Amherst by IHG

My kids had the best time here! The pool, staff, and amenities are far beyond anything else you get at a hotel these days. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was one of the best buffets ever as far as options offered and the rooms are large with lots of space, you can tell the rooms have been well used but the beds were very comfortable and the rooms was well stocked and overall clean - plus cookies and hot cocoa on check in! Also located next to several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was decorated so pretty for Christmas and the staff was so helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a really nice variety of breakfast foods from omelets & sausage to waffles, yogurt & cereal. Loved the location of the hotel with a few restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting with my wife and three children (all 10 and under). We found the room (603 single bedroom with two twins) to be perfect for us. Had all the makings of efficiency and the separate sitting room from the bedroom allowed for the kids to go to bed while we relaxed. Breakfast was standard continental fare which changed each day. Staff was incredible. There was a wind/rain/ice/snow event for 2.5 of the 3 days we were there. Staff worked tirelessly to clean the wetness and grossness tracked inside by us guests. As a personal injury lawyer, I loved to see that. What I loved even more was in talking to these hardworking staff members, they never complained and took a lot of pride in what they were doing. We stayed Labor day weekend and booked a two bedroom suite for our family of 7. It was a good experience upon check in, everyone was friendly and helpful too. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was a decent size and okay temp too. The rooms were clean, was stocked well with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, bedding for the sofa bed, etc. The breakfast was pretty on point for a hotel breakfast. We will use then again in the future when we plan vacations for sure.
