Comfort Inn University

My first few days were a decent staycation I even gave a great review in the beginning of my stay lesson I will WAIT until the end to give a review. however my last day when I encountered Sandy, my overall experience with her was bad. She is very rude, she yelled at my son on two different occasions treating us from what she’s use to. Yelled at me for not having shoes on but my son did have shoes, when going to the pool. It was her tone and even my 4 year old was getting upset trying to show her he had shoes. Then the GM susan came to me not even to apologize for the encounter just to add her two cents in about the shoe laws and how i talked to her staff. by this time I’ve already went to put shoes on to go to the pool, mind you they have not a sign in place.I get laws and regulations. It

Good accommodations for a reasonable price. The front desk personnel were very professional and helpful. The housekeeper crew was very friendly and keep the place in good shape. Besides being a great location in the Buffalo area, the hotel is close to the University, shopping,and restaurant selection. I’m originally from the Buffalo area and feel right at home when I stay there. I highly recommend this place when one visits WNY.

Strictly here for UB. Rooms are smaller than the other chains but suitable. Seems like they renovated recently within a few years, lobby looks refreshed. I found the room clean and comfortable. Main reasons to comeback 1. distance to UB ..literally walkable 2. Price, fair to say this place is likely $100 cheaper than the other 3. I don't want to live in the room, it's only to sleep and shower so it serves my goals 4. Mattress was perfect for me. Firm but had slight give.

The staff member at the front desk was truly remarkable and made my stay impeccable. Seriously. I was in Buffalo on business and another hotel could not find my reservation. (It was the Hilton across the street.) Later that night, the other hotel miraculously found my reservation. Luckily, I found the Comfort Inn and was already there. The staff was incredible. There was fresh icy lemon water for me after a long day at work. The front desk person was so cool, professional and helpful. I got my room so quickly and they made sure that I was all set. I had just walked from the other hotel and I walk with a cane. I was tired and out of breath and this staff person who had their hair in tight braids and a nice crisp shirt on, was awesome-o. I will definitely stay here again for my next Buffalo

The hotel was close to the University of Buffalo which I made it easy to go and see the football game. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. The only issue was when I called the front desk to get more towels they did not bring them to our room and I had to go down to the front lobby to get them.
