Buffalo Marriott Niagara

The Marriott Buffalo Niagara reminded me why genuine hospitality still matters. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome in a way that felt personal, not scripted. The lobby had a warm, inviting atmosphere after a long day of travel, and my room was spotless—clearly cared for with real attention to detail. I also want to call out the restaurant, because the food was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, and dinner had that perfect balance of comfort and quality. It’s rare to find a hotel restaurant where you actually look forward to the next meal, but this one delivered. Every interaction with the staff felt sincere, and you can tell they take pride in creating a great guest experience. Travel can be exhausting, but this hotel made everything feel easy

For a recent weekend trip to see the Buffalo Bills play, we stayed at this Marriott given the hotels closer to the stadium / downtown Buffalo were very expensive or needed alot of Bonvoy points. |We were glad to stay at this hotel - easy to get to from the highways.|Our room was updated with hardwood floors. We had a one bedroom suite that was quite spacious and comfortable. The only odd thing was the bedroom where the room was too hot no matter the thermostat setting - and would explain the stand up fan in the room.||The concierge lounge was very crowded - likely because there was no one checking guests' status and whether they would be allowed to go in. As a result - seating was tough, and food was not as available as it should have been.||When visiting again - I'd be open to stayin

Positive: Hotel was nice on the inside. I was not expecting that based on how the outside looks Negative: I do not like paying a premium for a hotel and being told I could not use the amenities because the Patriots football team was there. I did not like feeling like i was in their way when i was going in the elevator. Hotel smelled bad from a wedding.

I have stayed here several times for work over the years and most recently stayed here after a Bills game. The front desk staff were very kind and when we said that we planned to grab a late dinner at the Bar, they generously gave us an extra F&B voucher to "Enjoy a drink on them". A very nice gesture. The hotel has been pretty much completely renovated (Bar, M Club, Gym, Rooms) and its become really a nice place to stay. Also a great location near the highway.

Great value for the stay, with modern, well-appointed rooms that made for a comfortable visit. The pool was undergoing renovations during our stay, so it wasn’t available, but it looks like it will be a nice feature once completed. Overall: A solid experience with good value — I’d return once the pool is open to enjoy the full amenities.
