Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Buffalo Amherst/University

Have stayed here a few times before and as always the hotel is clean and comfortable. I did have an issue with other guests being VERY noise (kids running and yelling in the halls) but front desk staff was wonderful, quickly moving me to another room on a different floor. Gentlemen at the front desk even made sure to check that the new room was better when I saw him my second evening. Highly recommend.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. Day 1 of 3, room wasn’t ready until over an hour after check-in. Giving grace on that because they had a full change over. Notified the morning of check-in that the pool is out of service, which apparently it had been for a while…this should be updated on website and everything, and breakfast is a absolute embarrassment to the name/brand. Let’s see if days 2 or 3 can get any better. Positive the room is spacious and clean so kudos to the house keeping staff.

It was a great stay. Felt very roomy, beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. I would have liked more phone USB options for old and new iPhone, kindles, etc. without a plug also. My son goes to UB and it was 6 minutes away by car. I would go back!

Great location. I stay here often and several times a refrigerator trailer truck is parked behind the hotel and the engine idles and races throughout the night. Not sure why the hotel would allow it routinely. Ask for rooms facing the front.
