Motel 6 Amherst, NY - Buffalo

I had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and well kept. Very good water pressure and coffee offered as you depart. Dinesh Kumar seemed to me like a very fair and honest businessman. He treated me right and was very responsive and respectful. And for that he has my blessing on both his household and everything he owns. May his family be blessed and know the fullness of the love and mercy of our God. I recommend staying at his motel. 🏨. J.R.

Beside the check in and our rooms weren’t probably clean the first night ! They made up for it there’s a fridge and a tv the wireless doesn’t work most of the time but the staff our very kind they let me check out after 3. There were no bugs at all no bed bugs or anything else . I do wish there was a microwave in room but hey I can’t beat the price. Try this place and if there is an issue they will fix it!! I enjoyed my stay they were very kind people. The noise level is as you expect sometimes you hear dogs barking but other times it’s super quiet can’t complain.

Positive: "" Negative: First room had hair in the sink, toilet and bath tub. Went down to let the front desk know and he said all the rooms were booked. He then found a room and asked if we wanted to see it. That one had hair in the bathroom as well as some kind of bug.

As others have said- its the best low-cost option in area after covid. || Yes, it is very basic but the rooms are CLEAN without suffering from cleaning and exterminator chemical over load that has left me congested and waking up with headache in other budget places. The room had fresh air, a cold fridge and all the outlets worked. All surfaces were a bit worn but clean. The shower was fine- plenty of hot water and in working order. I asked for a hair dryer, and they happily provided one. || The motel is family run and very professional, sweet and accommodating. It may not be stocked with all the little amenities and things may not be perfect- but places like these have struggled in the pandemic and are understaffed as well- that being said it was a very comfortable stay. It felt safe

I hate giving bad reviews. The motel in general was good, clean room good location. As for management. Not good. I checked in and I was asked for a deposit and thats ok. But normally a deposit you get it back the next day. Is been a week and I am still waiting for my deposit. I called and first I couldn't understand their accent and from the bit I could understand I was told to wait two weeks for my deposit. Why is that? What do they do to the deposit? Is only one night..
