Stayable Jacksonville West

Was absolutely horriblely disappointed. From the pictures looked great. But nothing like in pictures. Booked on line directly from their number. Got told by what I believe was some AI creature that they had a breakfast bar and she even discribed it and the foods. Well their wasn't nothing. The pool was nice looking and clean but apparently was down for repair. I was charged the wrong price on the receipt sent to my e-mail. Get to the motel and got charged a 100$ deposit back. Talked to Sage the property manager and said she took care of it through corporate the night I checked in. I have only received one the deposits back. You can't contact a living person to handle this.So pissed don't stay here. Gross

I have been staying here a few months now and I love this place! All the staff are amazing and to give them their flowers now... Abby - so very helpful to my busy life!! She is always there to help me extend my stay, sending personal reminders via text as not to let me forget the dates as I'm usually working during check out times and have forgot in the past! She alone gets 5 stars from me!! Jamie- so underrated! Jamie is a one woman show, she does it all! Happy, helpful, great employee! The manager- I love what she has done for this place, she has made a "kiddy corner" for those of us staying here with children, complete with toys, books, coloring, so many activities, and from what I can tell she has been orchestrating fun family activities to take place at the hotel several time

Stayed here for a week for work. This was a pretty cool little hotel. Great location indoor pool and plenty of amenities. The airplanes in the atrium were a cool touch. Staff was excellent. Mainly worked with Jamie she is amazing and definitely made my stay very pleasant

I'm now renting a nice studio apartment here. Everyone is awesome, Sage is so nice and is easy to talk too. Jamie has helped me so much . Both lady are very knowledgeable. Thank you to both and I won't forget Abby the leasing agent . She was awesome. Because I didn't know what I was doing lol I'm looking forward to living here. It's a nice place.
