Stayable Jacksonville North

My overall stay was nice and very accommodating for a two-star hotel. The front desk rep was excellent. I enjoyed talking with my girl. She is very caring and goes above and beyond for the residents at this location. Maintenance and housekeeping would be the biggest improvements needed. The towels in my room were stained and spotted; many items did not function properly and water was leaking from the ceiling.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The amenities were top-notch, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received, especially from Bessie, the manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If you are looking for a true ghetto ratchet and unprofessional atmosphere this is the place for you. The front desk clerk miss Brooks was the epitome of rude so was miss Shirley and the housekeepers look like they came to work in whatever they sat around the house and chilled out in or wore to bed. No uniforms no decorum (from anyone) I felt like I was in a project or about to apply for section 8 housing. If you're traveling and need a place for a few days keep driving past here. Trust me.

It’s been 2 months and I have not gotten my deposit back. Within those 2 months, they also have not answered the phone or sent a text back. They put me in a room with my kids that had a broken AC, stickers on the mirror that said “Pedro”, candy in the drawers, stained linens, roaches, and dirt under the bed. Not even 10 min later I went back to the front and they had closed. I addressed it the next morning, however, they don’t respond and keep your deposit.
