State Fair Motel

Not the prettiest place with cinder block walls and right between a trash hauling service and a truck stop and you could hear the water running whenever anyone at the motel used it which was often and it was close enough to highway to hear the trucks going by all night. But it was clean and cheap and had very good service from the staff

This place is absolutely disgusting. When we stayed here for 2 and a half nights my husbands dirty clothes bag came up missing from our room and we searched all over for the bag and no where to be found. We think someone came into the room while we were sleeping. Also my phone was plugged in and when I woke up the next morning it was only at 50% so it got unplugged as well. Someone was definitely in our room as we were sleeping. Also we got up the next morning and we found cockroaches on the walls. When my friend told the manger/owner about it all he could say is I'm sorry. Didn't even give us money back nothing. There was also burn holes in the floor. This is bad place to stay never staying here again it needs to be shut down

I was there a grand total of thirty minutes. I called ahead to get the price of a room, $82. As soon as I walked in they told me $95. I explained the original quote and after some back and forth they finally gave me the room for the price they quoted me. I thought I had set my expectations low enough when I viewed the exterior but boy was I wrong! As soon as I walked in the room I was greeted by a cockroach. I immediately went to the office, explained the situation, and asked for another room. At which point they told me they had no other rooms available. (If we were in a desert a tumbleweed would have rolled by when I checked in). I asked for something to plug up the hole or something to kill the roach and after several minutes of back and forth they finally fetched a can of spray. I retu

Terrible so disgusting! I found a dirty sock under the bed, a whole window pane shattered in between the box spring and mattress, bathroom sink doesn't work, woman upstairs moaning, music blasting after 1am, and the place smells awful! When I went to the office I was told we must have broke the picture on the wall and they were not going to refund any of my money when I paid $400 for 7 days. The office came over and saw the picture was not broken and cleaned up the glass. No way I'm staying here with 2 kids another night! This place is awful. Don't waste your money for this scumbag place!

They are very nice owners the rooms are nice enough for any activities. The owners were very nice to me am a truck driver that got stuck in ny am from Chicago. I recommend this place to any truck drivers
