Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites

Excellent location! Walking distance to a wide variety of local restaurants and shops, and only steps from the Landmark theater. Continental breakfast daily with standard options. The true highlight of my stay was the staff, especially Keke. I arrived after a very long, very hellish day of travel and she instantly brightened my day. She got me checked in quickly and gave me a rundown of the property, while engaging in friendly conversation with me. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's walking distance to everything downtown (including the landmark theatre) and has a great daily breakfast. The building is super old, but the furnishings are modern.

The hotel is a two minute walk to the historical Landmark Theater and within a 10 minute walk to the top five historical sites.||The front desk staff was friendly and everyone provided excellent hospitality. ||The hot breakfast was excellent with all the additional items like cut fresh strawberries. ||I would recommend anyone to stay here for a visit. ||It’s only ten minutes from the Amtrak train station.

Such privacy up here on the 10th floor of this delightful and historic Downtown Best Western. A very, very cool building with character, I love it here. When booking I did not realize it’s just steps from the MOST Museum; what a treat! Very spacious suites with a surprisingly large kitchen area. Wonderful front desks hosts, and the breakfast here is better than most Best Westerns I have visited, and the coffee is dark, bold and proper. Vending, ice and safe parking.
