Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse North Airport Area

I brought my 3 granddaughters here for a little retreat and to swim and special time together. All areas of this hotel was perfect 5 out of 5. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean. We got the KING SUITE it was fabulous they gave us a cot and we all fit perfectly. Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff we very accommodating. I have stay in alot of hotels and this one is by far the best!! Thank you staff and management for a great place to stay Tammy Darrow- Cold Brook NY

As a diamond member I frequent Hiltons. Check in on 2/14 was some of the best service I’ve ever had. Front desk manager deserves all the love. Very impressed, clean rooms. Quiet.

After many delays and an unplanned arrival of 2am, Jason at the front desk made our check-in a breeze. He was so warm and kind to us, we felt right at home. He ensured that we got the best price and accommodated a later check out after the long night. He truly made a difference! Everyone on staff was friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and clean!

Positive: Everything was very clean, the guys at the front desk were really nice, kind, and friendly. Negative: I couldnt figure out how to turn the hot tub on - but i could have asked someone.

Comfortable beds and pillows and all the amenities you need in the bathroom. Great shuttle service to and from the hotel. If you have an early flight be sure to tell them when you need to be picked up because shuttle picks up from two other Hilton hotels. All staff, including shuttle drivers, were personable and efficient. We left too early in the morning to have breakfast but to go breakfasts are provided in a brown paper bag with fresh fruit, bagel, peanut butter and a bottle of water. We left at 4:30 am and coffee was out already so we got to enjoy that. Great hotel if you need something close to Syracuse airport.
