SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton

Stayed here about a week. Fantastic hotel with very kind staff. Very clean and modern. Amazing breakfast options (Though I think this is the first hotel I've visited with breakfast where I didn't see either a waffle or pancake machine but I don't eat them anyway). Large room with comfortable beds and nice tv. Good internet. Large parking lot with plenty of places you can park a large vehicle if need be. My only complaint is they don't put trash bags in the room trash bins. This will be my go to hotel choice when I'm in the area again.

Room was great. It was clean and big enough for our stay. Tv didn't have many channels but you could log into Netflix easily. Staff was very friendly. There was a free breakfast but was not the greatest. Breakfast was the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

We stayed here 3 years ago and were really happy that this place has been kept up. The shower was great and the bed, well I want a mattress like this one. We experienced no problems at all and if we needed something, the staff was always accommodating. Weekends they had a hot breakfast and they had a continental type the rest of the week. Always had waffle makers available and the fruit was fresh. The pool is small but it was perfect for us. Used the workout room daily (elliptical, treadmill were updated. wish they had some lighter free weights). The location, being off the highway, led to a bit of noise at night, but we barely heard it. We will ask for the other side of the hotel next time.

Not much to stay about this place. When I was checking in there was another irate customer at the front desk. Their keyreader system was down so everyone had to get escorted to their rooms. Not the cleanest or most sanitary hotel. My bathroom shower was gross. I called ahead and tried to get help but was brushed off and said they would not help. Would not suggest booking here

The service here is above and beyond. I need to give a huge shoutout to Cody - aka “The Rescue Squad” for saving the day when our big wedding guest group’s shuttle did not arrive. Cody kicked it into high gear and called in Marriott’s shuttle driver to take us all to the venue. We got there on time and in high spirits with a friendly driver who set the tone for the night. Thank you Cody and team. Your badge is so justified!
