Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Exton

Go next door!!!! Sat in lobby for an hr. Booked online no one was there to check me in. Never got refunded after hrs on the phone. Saw drug addicts come and go. Next door is nice hotel only 80 a night

TERRIBLE!! don’t waste your time! Staff is extremely rude & racist. I’ve watched the staff let people of color get away with stuff, white people couldn’t get away with. The stove hardly worked in our room. The entire time my family and I stayed here we encountered 2 nice employees. I also got told that my daughter wasn’t allowed out of her room in pjs! when we was doing laundry. The police are constantly here at all hours of the day, and horrible location, it’s right next to the highway. Overhead a person, say their toilet hasn’t been fixed in over few days! I would give a negative review if possible.

I originally was having a good experience with the exton location overall. we were never perfect but anything asked of us we obliged best we good. our original manager had to go out a few weeks and they brought in ANNISE HUMPHREY. in that short time. she made things very uncomfortable. a very unpleasant person. she made most people|including employees feel degraded. one afternoon she called to tell me that we were being evicted and had to leave within 4 days after staying here approximately 17 months. most people know i am a tenant at that point and is illegal to do that. she claimed they did a room check while I was out that was completely impossible because I never left the room that day. the way I had the door locked could not have got in. soooo,I still packed up to leave. this is no

Other than having some noisy neighbors who liked to slam doors at all hours, it was a decent place to stay for the money.

There were hairs on the sheets and on 3 of 4 pillows on the bed. While I wasn’t expecting a 4 star resort, when I went to get in bed at 11pm that was a gross surprise. Obviously the 8 point clean with manager check was not adhered to. At check in, had heard that the hotel was completely booked for tournaments in the area so opted to lay towels down and try to sleep as I was too tired to deal with another option and needed to be up and out early.
