Chester Hotel & Conference Center

We have stayed here for many Decembers. This time was very disappointing. We found a lighter in one of the beds. The next morning we were staying two days, we turned the lighter in and asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels also turned in the lighter. We were assured that would happen. Upon returning in the evening our room had not been touched and no fresh towels. The next morning the toilet would not work. Upon check out we informed the front desk again. Still nothing was done no compensation or offer to make up for the mistake. Also, we were there during a snow storm and nothing was plowed or shoveled in the parking lot or sidewalks. Overall very disappointed.

I stayed two nights and it's was nice. The hotel was very accommodating when we needed extra pillows and things for the room. The rooms are a little dated but they keep it very nice and for the price I would stay again. Overall great stay!

Positive: "" Negative: I reserved a room with 1 queen bed and one single bed. I got 2 double beds. We were given a handicapped room. The shower kept spilling out on the bathroom floor which made it very hazardous.

This hotel is a one of the worst I've stayed in in recent memory! I have two kids that play travel soccer and we are out of state at least once a month. The room was dirty, with lots of damage to the furniture and walls (I can post pictures). Additionally, the heater didn't work and we were woken up by a very loud reoccurring noise. Spoke to the manager who said they would refund us but never did. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This hotel used to be so nice years ago. Now it’s home to a bunch of sketchy people. It stinks, the rooms are outdated and they have roaches. I took pictures of one of them but we saw them multiple times in the bathroom. The bed had all kinds of weird yellow and brown stains on it also under the sheets.
