Thank you to Gary and Isaiah for my breakfasts, I will miss the food a lot!! Blake and Lauren for the friendly smiles and help with everything we needed 🤗 You guys are amazing! The staffs are very kind to us. During the stay I didn’t feel uncomfortable in this hotel. I do recommend this hotel if you come to Exton

Outstanding service and accommodations for our 90+ out of town guests attending my daughter's wedding on June 7th. The process started over a year ago when I first reached out to Katrina Spalding. Katrina was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She answered our many questions and many requests, gave recommendations and although there were several weddings occupying the hotel that weekend, we always felt special. Also when we underestimated the space needed for a next day brunch she arranged the placement of the buffet to accommodate our guests, both inside our portion of the ballroom as well as the outside patio which worked out perfectly. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I booked based on the amenities offered. I am not a cheapskate. We tipped the cook every morning after breakfast. We tipped the server. Both got a 20 every morning. We left a 20 for housekeeping even tho we left the room almost as clean as it was upon arrival. On check out I noted to the clerk that this is a nice, clean hotel. As i was calmly and politely explaining what was not satisfactory I was rudely interrupted by the maintenance man who also cursed at me and had a raused voice. Part of me wanted to roar back at him but I did not. I remained as calm as I could with my eyes swelling. He angrily asked what he could do to make it better in his raised voice. We threw a birthday celebration in this event space just after the New Year. The lobby still had Christmas decor, which added to the experience. Katrina, the event coordinator, made the entire process so easy. From food options to decor, from set-up to finishing touches, Katrina kept it fun and simple to throw this event. They have tons of options, no matter what your budget is. The event staff, including the chef, were helpful and made sure all needs were met. We had a room block where many parties stayed the night, and the hotel staff was accommodated our needs. The hotel rooms are updated and comfortable, and my son thoroughly enjoyed pool. Blake, at the front desk, was especially engaging and hospitable. I would definitely return to this hotel for a staycation, AND I'd host another eve
