Holiday Inn Express Exton - Great Valley by IHG

For me it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. There was a good breakfast with warm and cold options and strong coffee. Everything I needed for my stay. The hot water was great for my shower. I would definitely stay here again

Had a meeting at West Chester University. Hotel was what I generally expected. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, working business station to print my notes, hot breakfast, etc... while it may seem small, what took a couple of points away for be were the small touches.... The ice machine on my floor was not operational. Staff was aware and didn't inform me. Little things matter to me. Location is great. It's in walking distance to restaurants and stores if you need anything.

The staff were great! The rooms could use a new everything though.. stains on every towel so I used my own towels. There were huge food stains on the bedskirt. The fire alarm noise went off for a few minutes every other day. There are vending machine items at the front desk for purchase. They are extremely overpriced but that was expected. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. There is a restaurant/bar that is basically in the same parking lot- walking distance. They’re open pretty late so that’s another great convenience!

Positive: It was my second stay here. The reason I came back (and will return for a third visit) was because of the welcoming and helpful staff. Negative: The breakfast buffet was very good. It would have been excellent if they had a pork free bacon or sausage option.

We were in Exton for my daughters field hockey tournament and booked the Holiday Inn Express last minute. Great choice. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Hotel was clean, room was clean. Breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable. We will stay again for the next tournament.
