Spark by Hilton Exton

I love the staff here!!!! I stay at this hotel for work and the staff remembers my name and Im always greeted with a smile. The rooms are quiet and clean bed is comfy. The pillows are a little soft for my liking but its still a good nights sleep. The hotel is located near plenty of food options and shopping. Always a pleasure to stay here and I will continue to come back.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is spacious, clean and welcoming. The rooms were also clean and spacious (we had a total of 3 rooms and all 3 were clean and updated). There was complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day and a small area to purchase snacks/ drinks. We didn’t take part in the free breakfast but saw people there! We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in town!

Positive: Staff was friendly. Room was very nice (it could use a small table alongside the chair for your coffee). The desk chair was metal - not great if working there. Convenient location although a lot of outside light coming in room. Korean BBQ next door good. Negative: ""

Very noisy. I was initially on the 4th floor and someone playing very loud music so Demaja at the front desk was very kind and switched my room. That room was more quiet until the early morning, now all you hear is the traffic from the road and occasional stomping in the hallway. I would love if you guys would have sound proof rooms like the Hampton and I expected better from a Hilton brand. I'm not sure I'll be back. I would rather pay more and go to the Hampton. However shout out to Demaja. Also, not a fan of the fact that they still haven't put my security deposit back on even after I checked out. The other Hilton brands seem to do it right away. I doubt that I'll be back. Security deposit was put back on my card. May give them a chance in the future. Not sure yet.

When we got our room, I used the bathroom, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to the desk and they immediately put us in a new room, quick and with no issue. Our room was clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, we were very comfortable, and the location was pretty convenient for the area. My only note is breakfast should be longer. We went down and they were already cleaning up. The staff member did plug the toaster back in and we were able to get some juice, so that was very nice. Overall, would stay again!
