SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbia Fort Meade Area

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. The only downside was breakfast doesn't start until 7am and we had to be out before that. But we saw them setting it up and it was a nice hot breakfast. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Columbia, MD to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group and make the celebration special. Everyone we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the lobby area was perfect for gathering and spending time together as a family. The staff helped us with every detail, making sure we had what we needed to enjoy the weekend stress-free. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service these days, and we truly appreciated it. Overall we were comfortable and would book again, but there were some issues in the room. |Shower door creaks badly|Mold accumulating above shower|Hand print on bathroom mirror|Something splattered on the glass partition between the sitting area and the bedroom area was dirty|Toilet room fan won't shut off when the light goes off and the walls need a good cleaning, there's splatters on the wall next to the toilet and sink|Something splattered on the art work in the sitting area||The breakfast was hot and tasty. Plenty of seating and the staff were friendly and helpful. ||Parking was free. We never had trouble finding a space near the doors. ||Good value for the money. I especially liked that the hotel was close to restaurants of all kinds, great shopping and my favorite store , Wegm

I stayed here for three nights and I had a great experience overall. The room is spacious and very modern. I loved the desk area and the two separate bathroom spaces. I also loved the big makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The microwave and mini fridge were great. Breakfast was good and came in handy when I was rushing to get somewhere by 8AM. The staff were all very kind and helped me out whenever I needed something. Thank you to the guy who checked me in the first day, consistently greeted me throughout my stay, and brought me toilet paper when I insisted on walking down to get it myself my last night there. Also, thank you to the maintenance guy who unclogged my toilet at 6am as soon as he got to work one morning. Great hotel with excellent staff

Staff was nice, but room was not very clean. We had some crusty residue on the carpet and mold in the shower. The shower took over 5 minutes to get hot.
