Extended Stay America Suites- Columbia - Columbia Parkway

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America in Columbia, and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to severe cleanliness issues. Over the past few days, I encountered multiple dirty rooms, but the worst was room 138, which had dried throw-up on the floor, hair on the pillows, and signs of bugs in the tub. The toilet and tub were also in an unacceptable condition. This is not only a matter of poor service but also a violation of cleanliness and health standards. And on top of all of this, they are wanting 100+ dollars for each room well 91 and change which end up equaling too close to $100 for these rooms every night and they’re unsanitary and obviously have poor customer service. I requested for a manager to call me. A manager never called me about the other rooms that I have staye

Positive: Clean, new washers and dryers, ample parking and friendly staff Negative: No cameras in hallways to see weed smokers.

Guest services are outstanding! dealing with Jeanette and Uzo it's always a pleasure and always productive! The maintenance service here is always on point Zakaria seems to be flying solo, still he does an excellent job. I believe this is due to the fact that they have an amazing GM! In my opinion could leadership counts for everything! I can feel the care and commitment in this establishment, it's in the air, making this My Home away from Home

Great experience. Great privacy. Great location. Bus stop right in front as back up and grocery shopping center just down the road. Great access next to route 100 and 29. Super secret sleeper ESA spot haha

Bad experience. Several people screaming in halls, rooms, and a major disturbance. Didn't sleep much-which was the main point. Didn't feel like the staff could do much, eventually one group/couple were kicked out (I could hear them going from hallway to outside my window near Lobby main door). There were trashbags in the hallway like an apartment building. I was glad my family was not with me, I would have just left and taken the loss, it wasn't a good experience and may that is just what extended stays are in a highly populated area-temporary living. It seemed more like people on that hallway were living there with the noise and callous behavior.
