Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Fort Meade Area

Decided to stay here during Christmas Season to visit friends. And while we had many adventures; in between this is a decent hotel to stay at. The staff is overall friendly and accommodating and the amenities are decent; like the breakfast. The rooms are very quiet and feel large. The bed was alright and the sleep quality was pretty good. However, I was less impressed by the bathroom; which had a few stains & even an unexplainable dent on the mirror cover. But overall, I enjoyed my stay here at Hampton Inn. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, clean & decently spacious room, friendly / helpful staff. Good value too. ||Pretty much like all the Hamptons we’ve stayed at, which is nice. Very comfortable bed, good AC. Nice sized bathroom with good counter space. The gym was well equipped - I like that all Hilton properties have a Peloton bike. Standard breakfast with all the hot and cold items you’d expect at a Hampton. ||Nit picks - TV doesn’t have any streaming options. Nor can you cast to it. The shower water temp was funky. Either hot or cold but not in between. I’d like a few more towel hooks or bars in the bathroom. In the gym there were no towels and the Peloton wasn’t connected to the WiFi. ||Well stay here again next time we’re in Columbia.

Positive: Good location, good breakfast, traveling for work and there a lot of clothing storage. Bed was comfortable. Negative: Plowed and iced during and immediately after. But didn't do it again, so the snow had to melt in the parking lot by itself for the 2 weeks we were there.

I had a pleasant stay with Hampton’s. The staff were very friendly from front desk to kitchen staff. I appreciate the sulfate free bathroom toiletries which catered to my sensitive skin

Rooms were average, TV was old, water pressure in shower was terrible. Five min shower turned into ten minutes. Breakfast was average. There was a worker named CiCi that was an absolute delight to be around. She completely took customer service to another level. She personally made sure everyone was happy with everything. Nothing but smiles and a great attitude. I would stay there again just because of her!
