Southern Suites Kennesaw

BEWARE!! Stayed at this hotel maybe a few weeks ago and it was one of the worst experiences. First let me say Tina is GREAT!! The owner (Rebecca)on the other hand is the absolute worst. Got a room around 4 and stayed for maybe an hour before we started seeing bugs at first we weren't going to complain until they just kept coming out. We let Tina know and she moved us to another room no problem. We ended up leaving to get something eat, big mistake, we should have checked our room first. When we returned the second room was worst than the first room. Way more bugs. We couldnt do it and it was getting later and later so we decided that we were going to leave. We asked for a refund and Tina said that the owner would have to do it but she would leave a note and she gave me her business card.

Ok, just warm water....thin walls. At least at 12:30am the music in the room beside us was cut off!!!!! People live there too. Under construction which was no bother but at first it looked bad! After 1am had a good night. Music back at 7am. Clean room, the cleaners were very friendly and had our place nice. Great bed. Dont touch shower rod...it came off.

I love the room quality and the remodeling that they are doing is great. I would recommend that people stay here the WiFi is free and they have smart TVs. It’s always quite and there not much commotion going on.

I definitely recommend booking. This place is amazing. The price is great. All appliances are updated. Great customer service. The process was quick and simple. Speak with Mrs. Tina she is the BEST! ⭐️

This was a very nice and pleasant stay. This is an extended stay hotel. The property manager and the lady in the office are very nice. The rooms are upgraded, and very nice.
