Sonesta Simply Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

I am staying here for my birthday weekend and it's been great so far. I got so much bang for my buck getting this room. It was ensuite with its own hot top, sink and fridge. Definitely perfect for a much longer stay. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean and will appointed with toiletries. The TV was of a decent size but I was regretting not bringing my streaming stick to give me more of options for film and TV. The desk was of a decent size if I was wanting to do work but honestly I spend most of the time enjoying that amazing bed. Noise from adorning rules was very minimal give me the quiet and privacy I've been craving for a while. Overall a very great stay. This will definitely be one of my go to places to stay when I come in town.

Respect is the bare minimum in hospitality and i couldn’t even get that from the front desk lady. The young lady that goes by kiera should not be working at this hotel and needs to be fired immediately. She is the reason ill never come back to ANY sonesta. She needs a reality check on what type of job she’s working.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is convenient to everything. My family and I enjoy it there

Sonesta has it's own little scam going on. First, I called the front desk before paying for my room using a third party site, to ask if they required a deposit upon checking in. The front desk clerk said no. Arrived for check in, and the clerk is asking me for my cc to get a deposit. When I reminded her that one was not required she denied telling me that, and told me if I didn't want to pay deposit, then I could just not use my reserved room and loose that money I paid for the room. Went ahead, took the room and paid $100 deposit. Checked out following day, and told that deposit would be returned in 5 to 7 business days. Called back when deposit was not returned, and told that this hotel returns deposit in 10 business days. Still no deposit on 13 th business day, and told it would be

My stay here felt like stepping into a cozy little studio where everything is close enough to say hello. The bathroom was surprisingly roomy, almost like it wandered in from a bigger hotel and decided to stay. The ceiling could use a quick paint touch up, as if it’s been having deep thoughts and needed a breather. The bed was comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected. It felt like it was saying, “Come on in, but don’t spread out too much.” The kitchen setup was actually very handy, but I would have loved some regular coffee waiting for me in the morning to whisper, “Good morning, Baltimore.” The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They added a little extra sparkle to the experience and made the whole place feel like more than a typical 3 star stay. Overall, a pleasant
