Sonesta Select Arlington Rosslyn

We stayed here with great satisfaction. On our first night, we were given a corner room, but the following day we experienced some discomfort due to construction noise—later we learned it was roof work. When we mentioned this at the front desk, the staff promptly upgraded us to a suite, which we greatly appreciated. Their proactive response to our concern made a wonderful impression.||The rooms were very clean, each equipped with a sofa bed. The amenities were excellent—we especially appreciated having both a microwave and a fridge. Housekeeping was available upon request, though we did not need it during our stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, though it did reset each day.||The location is also convenient: Rosslyn Metro Station is about a 10-minute walk, though slightly uphill. Having a Safeway and

I had some major issues at checkout time which were a surprise. But, management fixed everything and that's all I can ask for. The garage has a reasonable rate. Most of the staff is friendly. The location really is fantastic. Great for meetings in Arlington and not a long drive to get to DC either if you have a car. And of course you still also have the metro.

Our room was pretty good, cleann and comfortable. Parkimg garage was perfect to keep our car dor a few days and everything is close or a minute away on the metro. It was pretty good overall for us to be running the marathon. Parking garage was perfect to leave our car for several days. Negatives- late breakfast service time, towel holder needed to be reattached, the tub stop was missing and a pretty sloppy ceiling patch above the shower. Cold complimentary coffee dispensers before the late opening breakfast area.

Positive: Very nice, comfortable room. The location was exactly where I needed it to be. The staff were very nice and helpful. Negative: The water control in the shower/bathtub is backward. I've never seen one before with the stop on the water handle was on the hot side. It made it very difficult to set the temperature for a shower.

This is a good value, in a good neighborhood. I felt well taken care of by the staff. Easy access to target and Safeway. DC tacos is just around the corner.
