Hyatt Centric Arlington

The Front Office Manager, Mahmut Karagoz, provided exceptionally kind and attentive service during my check-in and ensured my room was fully equipped with all the amenities I could need. The entire hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and the hotel’s location—right across from Georgetown—was excellent.

Positive: How close it is to everything I needed for my stay. Negative: The room had a very strong body odor smell. I called the front desk to be moved to another room in the hotel but I was told there were no other rooms available. They offered to lysol but that was not an appropriate solution given the size of the room.

Absolutely amazing experience. They go above and beyond with customer service, everytime.||||We stay here once or twice a year whenever visiting family in the area. It’s convenient and walking distance from my sisters building. ||||Despite new hotels opening up in the area, we always come back to this hotel. And that is primarily for the customer service experience. The staff is super friendly, attentive and goes out of their way to be helpful. Always come away smiling after staying at this hotel.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life (and I have traveled widely). Luiz "Beto" and Mahmut, front desk/guest service supervisors, were rock stars in my book. When my parents and I arrived at the property to check in for our 5-night stay, there was an issue with the plumbing in our room, and because the hotel was completely booked for the night, Mahmut insisted that we spend the first night of our stay at their sister Hyatt location across town at a deeply discounted price, that he pay for our Uber ride to and from, and that we enjoy the (outstanding!) breakfast buffet for free the next morning back at the Hyatt Centric Arlington. He also brought us complimentary drinks while we waited for our Uber.

We stayed at this hotel with my family and overall we had a good experience. I would like to thank Erdal Şerbetçi and Christopher for being polite, professional, and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. They answered our questions and made us feel welcome. After we had a problem later, Berk Çerkez helped us and took care of the situation. We really appreciate his support and effort to solve the issue.
