Hometown Suites in Arlington was an excellent choice for our working group. The staff was extremely accommodating and flexible with our needs, which made coordinating a group stay easy and stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was great with plenty of options too choose from. Overall, a great value and a reliable place to stay for business travel. I would definitely stay here again.

Will, the GM, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. He was super approachable, checked in on us personally, and gave us some fantastic recommendations for things to do around Arlington and D.C. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in the hotel. Justin at the front desk was just as impressive. Friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions or help with anything we needed. He made check-in smooth and made sure we felt welcome the entire time. Positive: I liked the room, it was spacious and well equipped. Staff was nice. Negative: Room service only every day. TVs are outdated, most hotels now let you link Netflix etc and this one didn’t.

While not the Beverly Wilshire or the service accorded Richard Gere and Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, Homewood Suites by Hilton does a pretty good job of making the average guest feel pretty special. When we had business to attend to in DC and Rosslyn, we were frequent guests. It has been almost two years since our last visit, but our recent stay had us feeling like we were slipping on a familiar pair of jeans or flannel shirt: welcoming, comfortable, relaxed, and not forgotten. We were greeted warmly and sincerely on arrival, and though the host didn't know us, he treated us - like other guests checking in - as if we were the most important customers to pass his way. This was one of the most genuinely welcoming hotel stays we’ve ever had. We stayed several nights for work and family time at the end of Sept- beginning of October of 2025. We'd like to especially mention Leslie who made us feel so welcomed. We have honestly never been greeted or treated so kindly at a hotel before! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, including Nanesh, Justin, and Ibrahim, who consistently went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
