Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Rosslyn

The Residence Inn Arlington Rosslyn is a solid 3-star property and standard Residence Inn - rooms have a small kitchenette and living area. A Target, CVS, and Safeway are all a few blocks from the hotel as is the Rosslyn Metro station, so getting into D.C. is easy even if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, there is a parking garage on site (which has a strange sewage smell), and parking is $30/day. You can access the parking garage via an elevator from the lobby. Bedrooms are small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Shower water pressure is so-so, and the lighting in the bathroom is good. The door to the bathroom was a bit warped and didn't close completely. There isn't daily housekeeping...they "refresh" every other day and a complete cleaning is done eve

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. For a price of less than $250 per night, I could not believe that we had access to two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area with another sofa bed. The amenities, including free hot breakfast and water, were also of very high quality. The location was great because the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the Rosslyn Metro station, which can take you directly to the National Mall or other tourist locations. Furthermore, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. John and Jerry helped my party get settled on our first night, provided us with a list of $10-20/person restaurants that were in the area, and were very good people to talk to. I would definitely come back to this hot

This was such a great experience for us. Flavia at the desk was so very kind and upgraded us plus was very helpful. The night desk person was super nice as well. The rooms are so spacious and the parking garage is super convenient. And we loved Rosslyn! I have never stayed here. It is hopping. But also so close to all the tourist sites. Will definitely come back

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Love the full size fridge. Breakfast is good and has more than most Marriott's. Location is great for getting around on the Metro. We enjoyed seeing the sights traveling by train and avoided the traffic. So much to do right in the area. I did have children with me, but I think this is a perfect hotel for bringing young people as it seems very family friendly. there are bikes to rent right around the corner.

Honestly , this is by far the best hotel I have been to in years. That’s a great, considering I travel for work every 2 months. This trip was more special because I came to DC with my three children (10,9,8) to explore DC. I was very cautious and took a lot of time selecting areas I felt were safe and comfortable for them and I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. To the staff who took time out to really care about my kids and I, I really appreciate it, more than you know ! Usually with kids, I try to hurry in and out of places not to take up too much space, and my kids felt welcomed and cared for here. Thank you thank you thank!
