Sleep Inn Naperville - Chicago

I am so happy that we decided to stay at Sleep Inn for our visit in Naperville. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated that our room came with a fridge and microwave because it really came in handy. O’Hare airport is about 30 minutes away and downtown Naperville about 15. Great location and very economical. Cracker Barrel is about a 3 minute walk away which is also great. Would definitely recommend and come back.

WORST HOTEL EVER! The front desk staff rude and on his phone the entire time and every interaction.Didnt even tell us where our room was when we asked directions he juat oointed and didnt even speak. Was never told when breakfast was so we missed it. Room was infested with ants, someone else's hair in shower, hot water minimal. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

Honestly it was terrible, I only stayed for one night. The entire hotel smelled horrible, like food had been cooked in the lobby and it spread all the way to the rooms. The worse part was the bathroom, it was uncomfortable and the toilet did not drained it overflowed in the morning which caused us to leave much earlier than we anticipated becasue we couldn't use the facilities. I honestly want my points back, it was a total waste.

Positive: The place Was nice, though there Was a little when on Comforter Sheet I noticed when I Walked in and mentioned it to Worker CLERK So I didn't get blamedFor it and on the last day I was there I had changed rooms and Filter was miissing in AC HEAT Machine Negative: I loved the. Stay is as Perfect as Perfect can get but when I leaving the Manager was nice until I was outside building ran outside saying was'Testing his patients' and yelled and threw my Luggage bags in to the Back Dumpster i only had groceries still.

Some things look a little out dated, but we always have a good stay. This time the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in there, but all in all a nice room and comfy beds.
