Hotel Arista

We got married at City Gate and have celebrated our anniversary at Hotel Arista every year since. This time, we were delighted to find champagne and a lovely card in our room. On the second night, they upgraded us to a suite which we truly enjoyed! The front desk and hospitality staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. We’ll definitely keep celebrating here and highly recommend Hotel Arista! :)

This was our second stay at Hotel Arista, and they helped make my husband’s birthday so special. They upgraded our room and set up champagne for us with a personalized note. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the spacious window seat and the soaking tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our time there and look forward to the next visit!

DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE!! This hotel is SO charming and SO comfortable. We were in IL for the weekend to tour colleges and ended up choosing to stay outside of Chicago. Hotel Arista did not disappoint! We were welcomed immediately by the front desk (shout out to Valerie who made our stay spectacular). The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had afternoon tea - a fantastic touch! I would 100% recommend this hotel to any traveler!

Beautiful room, booked a room for a Valentine’s Day staycation with the wife. Free shuttle to and from hotel in a Lexus to downtown Naperville was a perfect touch. Top notch customer service. Only downside to the room was the parking lot view out the window. I’m sure I could’ve changed it if I asked, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Definitely would re book in the future!
