Chicago Marriott Naperville

Positive: Location and clean lobby Negative: Restautant was disappointing. Food quality was poor, and the cost was over the top. I requested shrimp on the Quesadilla and got four small shrimp cut up for $18.00 extra charge. Soup was loaded with salt, and I could not eat it. Room dated.

I had a very positive interaction with the front desk. There was a bunch of construction noise coming from the room next door, so I called the front desk and they got right on it. I am an advocate of treating people as you wish to be treated, and I think Alicia is too. Thank you for such a pleasant stay, and for the generous service with a smile.

Staff was great. Hotel lobby was very nice and comfortable. Very welcoming. Looks to have been remodeled recently. Restaurant and bar are very nice. Starbucks in lobby. Rooms/bathrooms could use a refreshing but not so dated that it is a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I truly enjoyed myself this past weekend. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was tastefully delicious. Our representative, Shelia Haralson, was wonderful, and Keran was very helpful in assisting me throughout the Women’s Weekend that my church sponsored. Rooms were clean.||The entire staff and servers were exceptionally good. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into making our experience memorable.||Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had an excellent stay at this Marriott. The customer service truly stood out — every interaction was warm, helpful, and professional. A special shoutout to Jeff Grant, who assisted me late at night with a sensitive issue. He handled it with care, discretion, and genuine concern, and it made a huge difference in my experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and amenities. The only minor challenge was that housekeeping came by about an hour and a half before my scheduled late checkout, which caused a bit of confusion. Not a major issue at all, but worth noting. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. Great staff, great service, and a very positive experience.
