Sleep Inn Carlisle South

Whenever we travel from NC to NH we say overnight at the Carlisle Sleep inn. It has a great. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very Comfortable. In addition they offer A nice breakfast at no cost. They are very hard to beat based on the reasonable cost. We love them.

I spent two days at this hotel and everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about, the room was very clean, and so were all the facilities. I’d like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and warm welcome. Please keep this employee, she is truly adorable and makes you want to come back!

My review is simply for the lovely breakfast attendant. She always goes above and beyond. Its clear by the way she handles herself that she is trained to be "the help". I have been there. Apologizing, looking away from guests eyes in certain situations, watching, waiting from her distance. This woman is much more than "the help". She cares. She greets, she cleans, she takes your plates. She does her BEST to make you smile, to make your children smile. My kiddo was crying. We were the only guests out of our rooms so she played my kiddo some quiet music. A while later an older guest entered the breakfast area and complained that music was on. (This guest caused other issues the day prior in the pool area, she was clearly just having her own issues) . The attendant turned the music off, A

I have stayed here for 1 year on a regular basis because it’s the best!! Sam, you have been SO wonderful, caring & compassionate! Also your employees Tracy, Mandy & Kim ( from last year) & the morning breakfast lady also were always so caring like you! All of you always asked about my daughter & showed concern for me knowing I had such a long drive. My rooms were always spotless & you made sure that w/my disability that I was accommodated! My daughter is no longer at that facility. I wanted to tell you that I thank you & appreciate you all. You guys are the best & will never be forgotten. God bless you all! Well first off your price was unbeatable, front desk very pleasant, welcoming and informative. That particular Sleep Inn, in Pennsylvania, was pet friendly including for a cat. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and continental breakfast was good. I was convinced I would only stay at Sleep Inns from now on. Until the next night. We were traveling from Maine to Florida and I was so impressed with our first Sleep Inn that we made an effort, going out of our way, to find another one. Finally we did, in South Carolina, however the woman at the reception desk said they don’t take cats. When I said, “Your info says your pet friendly and I stayed in one last night.” Her answer was, “We only take service animals.” Which I replied with, “Then you need to fix your ad to reflect that.” Oh and t
